Services

OpSprint (operated by Blockvantage LLC) provides AI workflow assessment and execution planning services. Our core offering is the AI Workflow Execution Plan — a structured 5-day engagement that delivers a bottleneck map, tool recommendation memo, and 90-day rollout plan.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due before the engagement begins. We accept payment via invoice or direct link. All prices are in USD.

Delivery timeline

Standard engagements are delivered within 5 business days of the kickoff call. Custom scope projects follow timelines agreed upon in the project proposal.

Guarantee and refund policy

If you don't leave with a clear next-step plan, we refund your payment — no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of deliverable handoff. Kickoff rescheduling is supported with reasonable advance notice.

Intellectual property

All deliverables created during your engagement are owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-confidential insights for case studies and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs before engagement. We do not require production data to deliver our services.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our deliverables or recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
