WHEN A WORKSHOP IS THE RIGHT MOVE

Three signs your team is ready for this

  1. AI access without AI skills

Your company rolled out ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot licenses. Three months later, half the team isn't using them. The other half is using them badly. The keynote didn't translate into Monday-morning workflows.

  2. AI rollout stalled at the executive level

Leadership has the AI mandate. Engineering and operations are figuring it out. The middle — marketing, ops, sales, customer support — got a Slack announcement and a login link. They need practical training, not another all-hands.

  3. Generic AI courses aren't sticking

Your team sat through Coursera, watched Udemy videos, attended an in-house lunch-and-learn. Two weeks later, nothing changed. Generic AI training doesn't survive contact with their actual workflows.

If two of these are true, a workshop will move the needle. If three are true, this is overdue.

WHAT'S IN THE WORKSHOP

Half a day. Real workflows. Skills they'll use Monday.

Every workshop is built around your team's actual work — not generic AI demos. We map your top 3-5 workflows, then teach your team how to use AI on those specific tasks. Hands-on, no slides-only, no theory-without-practice.

Workshop deliverables

6 items · delivered across 3 weeks

  1. Custom curriculum from your workflows

Two weeks before the workshop, we interview 3-5 people on your team to map their highest-pain workflows. The workshop curriculum is built around those specific workflows — not a generic deck.

    Curriculum doc · Week 1

  2. Hands-on exercises with your real tools

Your team does real work in the workshop using the AI tools your company already pays for (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, custom GPTs, etc.). They leave having used AI on their actual job, not a sandbox demo.

    Live session · 2.5 hrs

  3. AI-vs-not-AI decision framework

We teach your team when to reach for AI and — just as important — when not to. Reduces the 'AI for everything' overuse problem and the 'AI for nothing' underuse problem.

    In-workshop teaching

  4. Safety & data-sharing playbook

A one-page reference card your team takes back to their desk: what's safe to put into a public LLM, what isn't, when to use the company's enterprise instance, how to redact sensitive data. Reviewed before the workshop with your security lead if you have one.

    1-page reference card

  5. Tool stack memo (your AI stack, mapped)

A short document listing the AI tools your team should use for which workflows, with brief reasoning. Eliminates the 'which tool do I use for this?' tax.

    Short memo

  6. 14-day async Q&A follow-up

After the workshop, your team has 14 days of async access to ask questions as they apply AI to their real work. Slack channel or shared inbox — your choice.

HOW IT WORKS

From kickoff to follow-up: a 3-week engagement

  1. Step 01 — Pre-workshop (Week 1)

We learn your team's actual workflows

30-min stakeholder calls with 3-5 people on the team that's getting trained. We map the top 3-5 workflows where AI will move the needle. Your security lead reviews our data-handling playbook. Final curriculum delivered for your approval 3 business days before the workshop.

  2. Step 02 — Workshop Day (4 hours)

Half a day of hands-on AI practice

Onsite or remote (Zoom + breakout rooms). 4 hours including breaks. We open with the AI-vs-not-AI framework (45 min), then spend 2.5 hours on hands-on exercises with your real workflows, then close with the safety playbook and stack memo (45 min).

  3. Step 03 — Follow-up (Weeks 2-3)

14 days of async support as they apply it

Slack channel or shared inbox where your team can ask questions as they hit real-world snags applying AI to their work. Most teams ask 5-15 questions in this window. Workshop materials and recordings stay accessible permanently.

Marcos Maceo — founder of OpSprint

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Senior AI operations practitioner. Not a junior trainer reading a script.

I'm Marcos, founder of OpSprint. I lead every workshop personally.

  1. Who's actually in the room

Marcos personally — OpSprint's founder. Two years embedded in AI operations work across agencies, legal ops, and SaaS. Not a junior trainer; not a contractor we sub out. The same person who designs the workshop runs it.

  2. How the curriculum calibrates to your team

Technical teams (engineering, data science): prompt engineering for production, evals, vendor APIs vs local models. Non-technical teams (marketing, ops, finance, HR): grounded in their actual tools and tasks. Same instructor, different curriculum, calibrated to who's in the room.

  3. What's NOT on the agenda

No keynote-style "Intro to AI" content. No vendor sales pitches. No certification or formal credentialing. We don't sell tools or hand you a deck for an all-hands. The workshop is your team using AI on your team's actual work.

HONEST FIT CHECK

This workshop is for some teams. Not for everyone.

This workshop is right for you if:

  • Your team has 8-15 people who need to use AI in their daily work — operations, marketing, sales, support, finance, HR, or a mix.
  • Your company has rolled out AI tool licenses (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) but adoption is uneven or shallow.
  • You're the L&D lead, COO, Head of Operations, or business owner — someone with budget authority for a $4-7K training engagement.
  • You want practical skills your team uses Monday, not a theoretical course they'll forget by Friday.
  • You have at least 3-5 real workflows the team wants to improve with AI.

This workshop is NOT for you if:

  • Your team is fewer than 4 people (in that case, a 1:1 advisory call is more efficient — book a fit call and we'll point you to the right offer).
  • You're looking for technical AI training for engineers (prompt engineering for production, evals, RAG architecture). We do this, but it's a different engagement.
  • You need certification or formal credentialing for your team. We don't issue certificates.
  • You want a generic 'Intro to AI' deck for an all-hands. Hire a keynote speaker instead — much cheaper, same outcome.
  • Your team has been using AI heavily for 6+ months and just wants advanced techniques. Book a fit call and we'll talk about advanced offerings.

Honest answers to what most teams ask

  • Those are generic. Your team learns AI on someone else's workflows. By the time they finish, they have to translate the lesson into their actual job — which most people never do. We invert it: the workshop is built around your workflows from day one. Your team practices AI on their real tasks during the workshop, not afterward.
